A	Aneta Rombalska ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful with making a reservation and giving Your redit card number in this Guest House. I was there with my friend, We paid by debit card and after 1 month They took second time whole payment from credit card which We gave through reservation process. After We report the situation They took another payment. They save credit card details to take money without Your autorisation!!! Since almost another month They did not return money.
D	Daniele Balestra ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa in Monti is a tipica bed and breakfast. Rooms are large and comfortable, with air condizioni, free wifi, tv. The location is perfect to visir Time by foot or by bus and subway. Employes are ready to help you. Breakfast is Really good and for every needs and tastes. And the price are good.
P	Pedro Rodrigues ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent for a Rome trip. Very well located. Close to all major attractions, bus, metro and train stations. Clean. Fair rooms. The breakfast was not amazing, but fair enough.
M	Miling ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, at the first time they forgot to put the shampoo and body gel, but it’s okay. After that when I took a shower,the water heater was the worse I met... I can’t believe I took a cold shower in that freeze day. I try to contact the staff, but it seems they already got off... Fortunately the breakfast is great.
B	Bianca Thomson ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! This accomodation won’t help us out or move our booking. We are in the middle of a pandemic and they are trying to steal our money. Do not stay here! In response to your response. You are the only Booking that won’t work with us so don’t pretend its not an option. We are willing to move the date but you aren’t helping us at all. We aren’t able to be provided with the service so why shouldn’t we be able to change the dates. This is very upsetting and disappointing. Booking.com has said they can only refund/change dates if you give permission. I will be taking this further if you continue to be this horrible to us.
K	Kanako Grennan ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our bed was comfortable so that we slept well. The room was clean and specious. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was a buffet style which has cereal, bread, croissants, yoghurt, fruits, juice, coffee, tea, and biscuits. Location wise, the hotel was perfect, as it is located in the city centre.
f	frank de goux ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely bnb in the city center, closed to the colosseum. Comfortble, clean , preofessional staff.The breakfast is the garden is a nice touch! the restaurant of the bnb is a gem !! too good food!! Location is amaizing.
C	Corina Misu ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went a second time to Casa in Monti. We went back because the staff was super friendly, always ready to help, rooms are clean, as they come and clean everyday. Location is excellent, the Colosseum and Roman Forum are within walking distance. It can take you 10 to 15 minutes to reach it. Breakfast is included in the price and it is really delicious. You can enjoy it on their beautiful terrace. Part of one's experience abroad is also the accommodation, and I went back to Rome also because I felt safe there. There is also an authentic Italian restaurant just across, and you will get a discount from them if you eat there. Carbonara and tiramisu are excellent. We loved Casa in Monti and will always come back <3 Thank you guys for making us feel so welcomed
