★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magníficamente situado, amplísimo, luminoso, bien equipado, en nuestro caso, nos tuvieron una noche con calefacción insuficiente x una avería que no resolvieron hasta la mañana siguiente ( aunque la agente hizo todo lo posible), pero no tuvieron ninguna atención por el inconveniente (mes de marzo en Venecia, un poquito de frío).
Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor (error mío de filtros al reservar), con unas escaleras como todas en Venecia "empinadìsimas", así que no sé cómo lo anuncian para niños, sin advertir edad. Para deportistas y jóvenes, sin problemas.
