Sennerei Hatzenstädt
Seit 1937 wird in der Sennerei Hatzenstädt gekäst. Seit damals hat sich nicht allzu viel verändert. Der Großteil der Milch kommt auch heute noch zweimal täglich mit der hauseigenen Seilbahn direkt von den Bergbauern und wird von erfahrenen Käsemeistern zu besten Käsespezialitäten und Tiroler Fasslbutter verarbeitet.
