A great place to discover balsamic vinegar, its history, the way it's made. We had a tour then we tasted the different balsamic vinegars, and byproducts like the ones mixed with fruits. You can then buy de Nigris products. Laura was our host and her explanations and her wonderful smile made this discovery interesting and pleasant. Thank you Laura! 😊

My partner and I visited the village on a Friday morning and although we were the only guests there, we were warmly greeted by Luca, who did an outstanding job teaching us about the balsamic history and process, showing us around the grounds and answering our many questions. The bonus was when he treated us to a wonderful tasting of the many balsamic products. Grazie Mille!

My mother, brother and I were welcomed on a weekday afternoon by Laura, as we wandered the property. She was kind and do passionate as she gave us a tour of the balsamic production facility, and the history of balsamic vinegar. We learned all about balsamic vinegar from the tour, and we tasted various products in the shop, Laura describing each. We bought several bottles of balsamic and walked away happy. A great visit and a pleasant time spent!

It was fantastic experience. We had a chance to learn history of balsamic vinegar and some interesting related facts, what balsamic vinegar is made of and how it's made. We had two wonderful guides, who were trying to make us as comfortable as possible. I recommend everyone to visit this place. All of my family loved it.

Great place to visit! We loved the way Balsamico story was told. Very friendly guides. It was nice that we had a chance to try tasty grapes from vines in the yard. Balsamico taste was fantastic! Good place for those who like to find out how things are made. Good place for groups.
